July 09 - Trip to Flinders Ranges for painting and Relaxation June 09 - Fri 6th June- Sun 28th June "In the Eye of the Beholder" .Exhibition at The Looking Glass Gallery May 09 - Won Best oil in Show at the prestigious St Kevins Toorak Art Show with a painting titled "Atmospheric" April 09 - Won the Deans oil award at the Camberwell Art Show with a painting titled " from ashes to Riches" March 09 - Started painting bushfire themes. Not doom and gloom but about regrowth and strength Feb 09 - As with most of us in Victoria, life stopped or worked on automatic over the weeks surrounding the fires. We changed forever and priorities became people not possessions Jan 09 - Painting trip to Queenscliffe. Full week painting . Produced a fine batch of seaside paintings. A select number of these works will be displayed at the up and coming exhibition. Nov 08 - Awarded Fellowship with the Australian Guild of Realist Artists. One of 9 in Australia Oct 08 - Won the Mont de Lancet' Collection Award with her painting titled " Rugged day at Mornington" May /June 08 - Painting and sight seeing trip to Italy Visited Emilia Romania, Venice, Rome , Florence, Bologna, Palermo and Aeolean Islands. Painted lots and took heaps of photos for future work.
